Cancellation Policy

Deposits made online to reserve time for dog washes and nail clippings are non-refundable. We will gladly reschedule when contacted before the appointment. Cancellations, latenesses (beyond where we can finish the service during appointment time), and "no-shows" will forfeit the deposit. To cancel or reschedule a Do-It-Yourself Dog Wash, please call us in advance at 307-733-5355.
