Our retail store is open to shoppers M-F 9:30am to 6pm and Sat 9:30am to 5pm.
You may also call us at 307-733-5355 to have one of our employees help you shop over the phone (where we have access to your purchase history and can help figure out what you need).
Where do I pick up my order?
At our store in Jackson, located at 1645 Martin Lane. Orders are placed outside on a table for pick up. If you need help loading your car, please call us at 307-733-5355 upon arrival.
What days do you offer curbside or in-store pickup?
Curbside and in-store pick up is available during our regular business hours. We are open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm and on Saturday from 9:30am to 5:00pm. We are closed every Sunday, and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
What is the cut-off time for curbside or in-store pick up?
All orders received prior to closing are eligible for same day, curbside pickup. We will contact you if you place the order near closing time to ask if you want the order set outside for after hours pick up.
What if I place my order outside of normal business hours?
Orders placed outside our normal business hours will be available for pickup when we open the following business day. For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 10 pm will be available Wednesday morning at 9:30 am. All orders placed after business hours on Saturday will be available for pick up on Monday morning at 9:30.
How will I know if my order is ready?
We will notify you by email when the order is ready for pick up. Please wait for this email confirmation before picking up your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
During our regular business hours, your order will be completed within one hour of our receiving it. Once you've been notified that your order is ready, you may pick it up any time before our store closes.
How long will you hold my order?
Orders will be held for 7 business days. After that time, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. So please call us or enter a note into the order if you need a specific pickup day or time.
How much does curbside or in-store pickup cost?
Nothing. No additional fees are applied to online orders for curbside or in-store pick up.
Is there a minimum purchases requirement?
Do my online orders qualify for the store frequent buyer program? And do I get my frequent buyer discount?
Yes, absolutely! Your online orders will count toward qualifying for our store frequent buyer program. Once you have stashed $400 of “Grub-N-Stuff” in your customer account during a calendar year, you’ll fetch 10% off on all your future “Stuff” for the rest of that calendar year (excluding food, seed, and sale items). Any missed Frequent Buyer discounts earned from online orders will be put to your customer account and awarded at your next in-store purchase.
Do my online orders qualify for food & litter manufacturer frequent buyer programs?
Yes! The Astro Loyalty tracking system will be used when we enter your purchase into our point of sale system. If you have any questions, simply call us at 307-733-5355 during business hours and we will be glad to ensure your purchases are correctly added to the manufacturer frequent buyer programs. Redemptions for free items can be processed in-store or over the phone.
Can somebody else pick up my order?
Yes, but please let us know who will be picking up the order.

If you or your pet find a purchase from Pet Place Plus unsatisfactory, please call us to discuss your options or simply bring it back to the store.
